| These are classic English Plain tiles, known in North America as shingle tiles. They are relatively small in size and are cambered in width, giving a ‘pillowed’ effect on the roof. The gritty, sandy surface gives these tiles a soft, weathered appearance, which when combined with the traditional Bonnet or Arris style hips and valley tiles will re-create the ultimate English Manor style roof. |
